Health & Safety
For Health & Safety reasons we request that children do not wear jewellery to the pre-school. During the summer months it is tempting for parents/carers to dress their children in sandals. We would request that when the children attend pre-school that they wear sensible closed in shoes such as trainers. This is because when we play outside or when the children ride the trikes, they may catch their toes on the ground or on the equipment.
Spare clothes, nappies etc...
It is useful for children to have a spare set of clothes in a named bag which should be kept on their peg in the cloakroom. If your child is still in nappies we would ask that some spare ones are kept in a named bag as well. During the winter months you may want to supply your child with a pair of wellingtons, these should also be named.
Payment of Bills and Cancellation
Fees are payable during the first week of each half term and in exceptional circumstances arrangements can, of course be made for the fees to be paid weekly but we would ask that no account goes into arrears. We ask for a minimum of 6 weeks notice when cancelling a child’s place.
